Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations and ongoing plan reviews arranged through Stack Route Retirement Planning Co., Ltd. (TIN 0105020326232).

Scope

Fees cover professional time for retirement income planning sessions and documented reviews. Materials we prepare remain our work product until fees are settled as agreed.

Booking and payment

Session fees and payment method are confirmed in writing before payment is due. We do not list fixed prices on this website because packages have not been finalized.

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or free rescheduling once.
• Within 48 hours: up to 50% of the prepaid fee may be retained to cover reserved time (proposed).
• No-show without notice: prepaid fees are non-refundable (proposed).

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice is proposed per booking. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee stated in your confirmation email.

Work already started

If you cancel after we have delivered a written plan or completed more than half of a scheduled block, fees for work performed are non-refundable; any unused prepaid balance is refunded pro-rata (proposed).

Deposits

If a deposit is required to hold calendar time, deposit terms will be stated in your confirmation. Deposits are otherwise treated under the cancellation windows above.

How to request a refund

Email info@stack-route.digital or call +66-2-691-5382 with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible (proposed).

Exceptions

Force majeure events (public health orders, severe weather, utility outages) will be handled with rescheduling first; refunds apply if rescheduling is not practical.
